My office was right across the street from the Berkeley culinary institution, The Cheese Board Collective, when they approached my team back in 2010 for a new website. We helped them concept the site and worked with a local illustrator to create a complete custom experience that was true to their style. The site was recognized by the East Bay Express as the "Best Website for a Local Business".
They were ready for a new site again in 2016, but still wanted to keep the same aesthetic. I kept the wonderful illustrations from the original site, and designed a new, responsive, mobile-ready site around it. Since the client needs to update this site on a daily, weekly and monthly basis the site has a streamlined Wordpress CMS that is very easy to use, giving them access to their site at all times.
I was the UX and visual designer, client contact and project manager.
